In preparation for Staff 1’s relocation across town, we’ve taken over his parent’s basement temporarily. We’re feeding everything out of there, and maintaining the live feed for continuous service to our fans. This is a shot of the new antenna connection to the new antenna. We have been hearing too much static lately.

The antenna is an old Radio Shack model, fed into a UHF jack. From there it adapts to F-style coaxial cable connector. 50′ of RG-6 Quad Shield cable carry the signals into the drop amplifier where the signal is split 8 ways. 2 Dedicated lines of signal are for the two live feed scanners, and 6 feed SDR’s for OC Radio Love. This is all temporary, except for the antenna will remain to pull in Ocean County 700 MHz System & NJ State 700, and feed a single desktop.
