Toms River & Beachwood: We are hearing several reports of a strong odor of natural gas in the downtown area. Beachwood is also detecting the odor up and down US 9. Residents are also reporting a strong odor, but it seems to be drifting off. NJNG has been notified and fire department is investigating.
